Our Medicare primary care physicians provide patients with high-quality care, spending more time getting to know your history so they can provide a healthcare journey suited to your needs. Our in-center community rooms support Medicare education events, as well as a variety of activities to help promote a community feel for our patients, such as: yoga, dancing, painting, Bingo and other entertainment.
We offer telehealth for seniors who can’t make it into the center to see their doctor, as well as transportation to and from doctor appointments for patients who qualify.Our primary healthcare centers even house their own in-center labs to make it easier for patients to get a variety of health screenings including immunizations.
